Kyiv region: police confirm deaths of 1,222 people killed by the occupying forces

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, Ukrainian police have confirmed the deaths of 1,222 residents of the Kyiv region at the hands of Russian invaders.

According to Venediktova: "As of the morning of 10 April, we have found the bodies of 1,222 residents who were killed during the Russian occupation of the Kyiv region. This is only in the Kyiv region."

Details: Venediktova added that the Russian occupiers had destroyed Borodianka despite the fact that there were no military facilities or military units in the city at all.

According to her, the Office of the Prosecutor General has launched 56 criminal proceedings for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation has promised to use digital technology to search for all Russian soldiers who committed atrocities against civilians in Bucha, Irpin and other suburbs of Kyiv.
