This is so cool to see on the other side. I donated my bone marrow to a stranger three years ago!! She’s doing well!!! I have no doubt your wife will do the same :)

Best of luck to her. Had one of those in 2008, saved my life from leukemia. The first few months after were tough, but I got through it and here I am: 14 years of "re-birthdays" as I call the anniversary. Bless you and your wife

I donate plasma often (nearly at 50!) and was hesitant when they asked me to join the register. I talked to one of the nurses there and he said he had been on it for 17 years and never once had it requested, no one else he knew either, so it is rare for you to be asked but if you are then you are potentially saving someone's life.
