In case someone might be interested in the details, I used a Sony a-6000 with a Sony macro SEL30M35. The lightbox is a $15 cheap one from Amazon, I used of course a tripod and Helicon Focus for focus stacking. I took about 40 images using an in-camera app to this end.
In order to get flatter surfaces I ironed the leaves. I made a first try with a discarded one to ensure colors didn't change.
