This is a confusing photo, very confusing. The focus is all over the place, my eyes are drawn to the bottom right, then flick to the bottom left - I struggle to explore the rest of the image.
I struggle to see what you were trying to achieve here. It's a nice photo of a boob, but a messy confusing image otherwise.
Edit: I came back after waking up a bit more, to see if I was being too harsh, or didn't understand the image, but now I've noticed the breast isn't even in focus - adds to my eyes not feeling happy wherever they land, unfortunately.
I feel like this would be used as a stock photo for what people who have never done drugs think using drugs is like. Agreed with the other comments about confusion on focus and composition. I do like the color use in the lens flare and the way the skin shadow/color reflection looks.
