My dad always said that among the many many many people he played with over his 40+ years as a musician, his favorite was always me and my uncle. He said there's just a different connection when you're playing with family. He played thousands of gigs before he passed. I only played with him in the basement though, for years. I finally played my only real gig a few years ago. I wish he would have been able to see it. You will never forget that awesome time with your dad, cherish that memory forever my friend!
