I know I'm looking at this through an echo chamber, so all I see is people showing support for Ukraine which is fantastic. But I'm curious, are there people showing support for Russia and Putin, and if so who, and why.

That black and red flag is the UPA flag— the flag of Ukrainian nazi collaborator and holocaust perpetrator Stephan Bandera.
