The Big Dig. Took forever. Pretty cool, only one gripe: your satnav has no signal down there so your guidance gets messed up and you might take the wrong exit. At least that was the case last time I drove there.
The New Years Eve before they opened the tunnel they were having tours down to the tunnel. I wish I had a camera or a better memory of it as I was pretty young but I felt like you were in a big gymnasium with painted highway lanes.
