In Czech Republic (universal healthcare system) 319 USD per bottle. Full prize here is 3858 USD for a bottle of 56x70mg of sprycel anyway. I wonder where these prices comes from?

Here's something everyone with expensive meds needs to know. If the med is expensive (and I mean really expensive, like 3k/mo or more) you may be able to combine programs from the manufacturer with insurance to cover almost all of the out of pocket cost. I do this all the time and it works wonderfully. Let's say someone takes Humira which retails for 6k/mo. Abbvie labs makes 70+k/yr for filling that script, but only if you fill the script otherwise that's a lost sale for them. They don't really care if they make 40K, 50K or any other amount as long as they make something. They'll pay up to 10K, sometimes 15K or more to cover the deductible. The thing to do is to apply to the patient assistance program even with insurance then have the manufacturer pay your deductible for you. Don't stop there though. Once you're already in the program and know it works then when you go to buy new coverage get the worst insurance possible. 8k deductible on the exchange. That way the difference between your deductible and max out of pocket are very small and once the expensive drug manufacturer pays your deductible for you all of your medicine for the rest of the year is free to you. Buying the a deductible that high lowers the premium and if you're getting an exchange subsidy it may be $0. This ends up making the person with the most expensive meds the cheapest person to insure. I hope this helps someone reading it!

Also, OP here is a link to the patient support link for your drug manufacturer: https://www.bms.com/patient-and-caregivers/get-help-paying-for-your-medicines.html

At least here the price kind of makes sense since the bottle is the size of an arcade cabinet.
