My wife has insomnia. So we rarely talk to each other in the mornings. During our first year of dating she wrote "Happy Monday, I love you" on a post-it and left it stuck to my wallet. So I'd see it as I was leaving. 9 years, and three wallets later, it's still in there (wrapped in packing tape to protect it.) So I second those that say to save those bad boys, they can really help to look at when you have a bad day. And, yeah, ring her, pronto.
