First, this is a re-post running around Reddit, and second, it's misleading at best; for the Rao sauce and the Fage yogurt, that's just natural sugar, not sucrose. Tomatoes and yogurt have sugar in them naturally. Neither have added sugar. As for the rest of the items, who knows if those measurements are accurate? Or even what they're measuring?
