I briefly worked as a tax preparer in a Walmart kiosk that happened to be right in front of the missing posters. Without fail 90% of the people who stopped to stare at the posters and try to memorize faces and names were children, generally ages like 5-10 or so. I would 100% believe this was organic and not set up for points, though the person behind the camera should know better than to take pictures of random children and post them on the internet.
