The CEO received a $6.4 million dollar raise during Covid. His compensation package is now worth over $20 million.

With the worker shortage across the country, American workers need to take advantage of it, and fight for a better standard of living.

We need to support one another, and build a strong middle class.

Nothing pissed me off quite as much as making 11.50$ an hour working 32 hours a week in retail in college and being required to learn everything about every department in the store and then seeing seasonal people hired for the holidays making 14$ to be glorified sign posts pointing customers to each department but not being able to answer any other questions. And yes, I did quit after that holiday season.
