Tip for anyone doing this for your community. Separate out aluminum cans, they are made from food grade aluminum. You can get paid by local metal recyclers or put them in your recycling bin.
Reusing that aluminum requires 10% of the energy needed to mine / process new aluminum. One of the uses for virgin aluminum is airplanes for obvious reasons.
