When I was 15 I reached the bottom of my depression and took a bottle of sleeping pills I swiped from the nearby Walgreens. The next morning when I (somehow) woke up I had this realization that I wasn’t as far gone as I realize was. A month later I was in therapy and that was over 16 years ago.
I’ve learned two things, and the first is you are never too far gone and if you’re suicidal please seek help, talk to people find the little things in your life that give you reason to continue on.
The second thing is never get store brand sleeping pills.
