When I taught in elementary and middle school they didn't have a nutritionist, but the choice of food wasn't far off from this. Although, I don't think I've ever seen jajjang myeon, but I did see Korean version of sweet sour pork on special occasions. Mostly traditional Korean food(the food you see is what they refer to as Chinese food, in Korea).
