Tate Myre was a Junior and football star at Oxford High school who in the line of sacrifice saved classmates and others alike. A witness report from Ross Wingert who at the time was Tate’s football coach says "I was told that everybody in that school was running one way, and Tate was running the other way”. Tate took the ultimate sacrifice and to honor that classmates are trying to get the schools stadium named “Tate Myre stadium” in honor of him. My sister taught at and her son went to Santa Fe High School where they had that school shooting and she put up signs in her yard that said Santa Fe Strong and did candlelight vigils and said thoughts and prayers but she is also one of the biggest pro-gun, no restrictions people I've ever met...and here we are 100 more school shootings down the road and nothing has changed. It's tragic.

That is really awful and sad poor parents I got so so much sympathy for them my heart goes out for them.
