A terminally ill man who was arrested for mooning a speed camera believes Banksy is behind a new mural near his home depicting police challenging Bart Simpson for baring his bottom.
Darrell Meekcom hit the headlines earlier this week after footage showed him being wrestled to the ground by six police officers following his cheeky stunt in Kidderminster.
The 55-year-old said it was on his bucket list to show his backside to a speed camera - but a police officer who witnessed it failed to see the funny side and reported him for indecent exposure.

Now, graffiti appearing to refer to the incident has emerged in a subway in Kidderminster - and Mr Meekcom believes famous artist Banksy is behind it.
The street artwork shows Bart Simpson with his shorts pulled down to expose his bottom, as two police officers raise their batons to strike the cartoon character.
"Thanks Banksy!" Mr Meekham wrote on Facebook, as he posted a photo of himself posing next to the mural.
He later told the BBC: "It is fantastic.
"It is so well thought out... it is basically descriptive, it is clever."
Mr Meekcom has written a list of things he wants to do before he dies after he was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy, a terminal condition which affects the nervous system.
He also has Parkinson's disease and kidney failure.
Mr Meekcom said he dropped his trousers at the mobile speed camera van on Stourbridge Road in Kidderminster while his wife went to buy some bread from the supermarket.
He was arrested and taken into custody and has since been released under investigation on suspicion of indecent exposure and dangerous driving.
Mr Meekcom - who also has a bungee jump and parachuting on his bucket list - has reported the incident to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
West Mercia Police Superintendent Mark Colquhoun said he was "satisfied that appropriate action was taken by officers".

Cops need to take it down like 5,000 notches and focus on actual public safety vs seeing someone show their butt to a traffic cam.
