Funny how this person carries chalk. I carry Post-it notes: "Sorry I dinged and scratched your car, but you were parked funny and I didn't see it 'til the damage was done. Have a good day!"
I have a few of these written out for people parking like this in busy parking lots. I've actually sat and watched a person receive one of my notes. 10 minutes of the dude walking around and around his car looking for non-existent damage with the occasional "FUCK!" yelled out to the universe. I tittered.
