ERNIE LAPOINTE, is the great-grandson of Sitting Bull, born on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. He is a Sun Dancer who lives the traditional way of the Lakota Sioux and follows the rules of the sacred pipe. Mr. LaPointe and his wife, Sonja, live in South Dakota. Sitting Bull was a pretty cool dude. Apparently, he treated Annie Oakley like an honorary daughter, and called her Little Sure Shot.

A fact I enjoy about Sitting Bull is that his birth name was Jumping Badger.
