For those asking, this is in Bakersfield CA. It’s called Via Artè and it’s an annual event. Good ol sunny Southern California so no rain.
And yes miles is blue because I didn’t have a shade of chalk to go with this dark navy blue/ black suit. Plus spider noir is already black and I wanted a good diverse color scheme.
