I cut out a stencil of the witch king for the main shapes and sprayed around it with pure bleach in a mist bottle! After that I used a paintbrush and painted in the details. I finished it by drawing the dark parts back in with a fabric marker. A quick rinse with some cold water and hydrogen peroxide to negate the bleach made the shirt ready to wear!
