Is honey measured in liquid measure or solid? Honestly curious cuz it seems so viscous.

We started out ~ 8 years ago with 2 hives. We've slowly grown our apiary to 9 hives. It's a hobby so we don't push the bees too hard. We only took honey from 7 hives this year, and are very happy with the the end product!
