The Rockstar Launcher was updated earlier in September, and references to GTA Trilogy Remastered were discovered. They are powered by the Unreal Engine.

Users have discovered references to the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy Remastered games after mining the Rockstar Launcher data. While these games have been all but confirmed thanks to a leak in Taiwan, they are also expected to be launched soon. Similar to the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy Remastered, references to the PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 in Rockstar Launcher had already been discovered before any official announcement.

I'm not sure I understand why they would go unreal when they have their own engine
