Is this title accurate? It looks like the images is from 2013 or before. The quote you provided doesn't have any Google results. OP, do you have a source for this image or something to substantiate the title or quote?
I am originally Tunisian and can confirm, we have zero interest in extremists telling us what to do or not do and we actually have zero interest in their presence. Tunisia is a liberal, open minded, democratic country and shall remain so. Our sisters have rights and we have every intention of maintaining those vs being taken back to the Middle Ages by these fake muslims.
Whoever wants to wear the hijab is welcome to do so and whoever doesn’t is also welcome to do so. Tunisia will never become Libya or Afghanistan, our people will never allow that.
