This was in 2010. After the pic went viral, blonde girl did a topless photo shoot to raise even more money.
So don’t worry about her being too young or being uncomfortable. She was certainly old enough and down with being photographed. This is just a slightly awkward pic, which probably contributed to why it went viral.
