So, I am about an hour from a portion of the southern border and when they put this razor wire up, I had to drive down to see it. It was a weird mess and you can't really get this slinky effect unless you are looking at an angle. So weird how much money they spent to deploy the guard down there with nothing to do, so they put all this up on our side of the fence. Like...Americans just walk through the port; no one from our side climbs or attempts to approach the fence.
...that being said, I did encounter BP at they did point out some people on the other side looking at us. I wonder if they were trying to get over or if they were just looking at us. BP said, watch out, they may try and shoot you! Kinda seemed like a dumb thing to say but maybe they did. Or maybe they just wanted to see some fascist gringos in white trucks and aviators.
