Correct me if I am wrong on this whole abortion debacle going on. Is the Texas legislation technically not a ban on a woman getting an abortion, but the criminalisation of those facilitating it?
Of course this effectively means an abortion ban for women, but I'm just curious about the actual legal side of things.
