I think more about the "what ifs" of getting COVID. What will my health be like in 10, 20, 30 years? Will it affect my lungs long term?

You'll probably get arthritis, and cataracts, and hair loss, and weight gain, and a bum knee. You'll have to wait about 40 or so years for all the to happen, but you know... old age is a side effect of vaccination.
