Real Question. Is is really considered a dress if it is a separate top and skirt? Or is it connected in the back and we just can't see it? I would think maybe it is a skirt with matching top. in this case other tops could be substituted easily since the base fabric is mono-color. Still looks good but I am an engineer so I must ask for precision in definitions.
