There are a lot of aircraft in the talibans path that they could snap up. Hopefully most of them will be damaged enough by retreating forces so as to be unuseable. It is unlikely that the talis will have the knowledge to fly and maintain most of the captured aircraft or weapon systems for long.
I think the biggest danger is probably from the Cessna 208s or maybe the Super Tucanos if they capture any of those....much easier to fly and maintain than a Blackhawk.

Without the infrastructure to maintain them they are soon useless
