Went for an evening ride and came to the top of a hill. Heard some coyotes in the distance and saw this little guy at the bottom hiding in a ditch. He was pretty clean but no collar or tag. It was close to 100 degrees so we gave him water and waited to see if anyone came looking, but there was no one around. We don’t live in the area so we put him in my pack and rode him to the nearest fire station. Didn’t know what else to do 😢
[UPDATE] - First off thank you all for the good vibes! I called the fire department to follow up and they posted him in a few local group pages to see if anyone was missing him. He is living comfortably at a fireman’s house in the interim. We didn’t want to drag the pup away from the area in case he belonged to someone locally, so I think we made the right decision.
I....uhhh....dropped this puppy a while ago. I don't know where you were riding or when exactly, but hes mine, send him back to me, i need to hug him and love him forever. Please send. Address to follow.
