I used to be a junkie.. and I don't understand why they would wipe the needle on a piece of toilet paper like that..
Cold water if you're going to reuse your shit.. and I don't remember blood dripping off the needle at all let alone enough to wipe on the toilet paper like that. It just doesn't make sense to someone who used for years. Just sayin. It's doesn't look right and doesnt make sense.
