Given it was necessary to specifically spell out "Do not disregard the advice of a specialist just because you do not understand.", "Do not think you are entitled to special privileges" and "Do not think it is impossible for you to get or transmit influenza." I would guess there were similar issues having everyone come to accept this reality. If there's a 2121 pandemic and similar issues I can just imagine all the various similar advisory statements being selectively picked of how well we'd figured this out in 2021.
