Oh before this get lost, I just want to say thank you guys for the well wishes. If anyone wants any info about it I'll let them know if they ask.

Hey, me too! Two weeks ago for me - the one thing I wish my doctor had told me is that you can greatly reduce your pain by supporting your head with your hand when you move. Like you’re doing a sit up. Don’t let your neck do ANY work.

Most of the pain will be gone by day three. It’s from the intubation tube, not the surgery itself.

Good luck! Mine was PTC. Hopefully the same for you, and everything is resolved with the surgery!
