Ledecky could have had the potential, starting her olympic career at 15 too.
To be the dominating athlete in any sport for over 15 years is just insane. It will be a very long time before anyone comes close to this feat.

She has 7 golds though, one in London, four in Rio, two in Tokyo. 6 personal golds and one relay for the 4x200 relay in rio.
