Edit: Why am I being downvoted? Even though its entirely plausible the person knew what they were doing, it wouldn't hold up. That's the problem with stupid signage. Literally changing ONE word, ("electric" Instead of "green") would have changed everything and left nothing to interpretation. In a court of law, words matter. There's no argument that its not a green vehicle because it is. Just not in the way whoever created the sign intended.

i’m the dumbass who thought the sign literally meant green colored vehicles and we were all just laughing at what a silly sign it was.
