So sad. This is basically my parents. They are refusing the vaccine and my mom thinks she likely already had it, therefore she is good. :(

And people like my wife's aunt died in Trinidad and Tobago this year because they didn't have availability to a vaccine. People are lining up for hours there just to have an opportunity to get vaccinated and here in the U.S we got morons denying science.

My dad decided the vaccine is super dangerous, a government control tool, and ultimately not necessary. Then his BIL got Covid. It was bad. He was in a medically induced coma for 6 weeks. He got infections while in the coma as well, one which gave him diarrhea, so he was laying in a coma, shitting himself all day, for 2 weeks. When he actually survived and they weaned him off the sedatives, his mind was scrambled. He believed he was in a jail of some kind. It took another 3 weeks for the confusion to subside, but he’s now left with very bad anxiety and emotional issues in recovery.

My dad still won’t get the vaccine.
