Newly freed from prison, Bill Cosby may be planning a stand-up comedy tour, according to his spokesperson.

Andrew Wyatt told The Philadelphia Inquirer on Thursday that Cosby, 83, has been “been talking to a number of promoters and comedy club owners” and “is just excited the way the world is welcoming him back.”

Wyatt is a native of Bessemer and attended Miles College.

Cosby was released from prison Wednesday after serving two years of a 3-to-10-year sentence after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his sexual assault conviction due to a “non-prosecution agreement” he struck with a previous prosecutor should have prevented him from being charged over his 2004 encounter with accuser Andrea Constand.

“I have never changed my stance nor my story,” the actor-comedian said in a statement. “I have always maintained my innocence.”

It’s unclear when Cosby could return to performing, but Wyatt told Inside Edition that “comedy club owners have called. People want to see him.”

I hope nobody shows. He did it. He got off on a technicality. The technicality proves he did it. He is a rapist.
