I was sick of people asking why we only had one kid. The pregnancy was super hard on my wife, we wanted more but it would be super dangerous for her. She felt bad every time someone asked about it. I just started telling them I can't have kids, medical issue. It is true, I can't because she is my world and I'd only want to have kids with her. When a guy says it, people back off more than when she did. No idea why, but ir has made her feel better.
