My mom is a nurse. One day after school she picked us up and there was a God AWFUL smell in the car that I was hoping was from outside.
Turns out she tried to resuscitate a dude and he expelled fecal matter vomitus all over her and despite her showering 3 times and changing the smell lingered...
For innocent souls : fecal matter vomitus is something like throwing up poop. It smells terrible, if that happens something is terribly wrong with your insides as well. P.S. the dude thankfully died, heck if I threw up poop I wouldn't wanna live either, plus he was old and dieing anyway mom only tried to do chest compressions since family was there and it's rude not to look busy helping a dieing person even if death is assured
