A domestic violence restraining order filed against Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer and executed on June 28 includes multiple graphic images from the woman who filed the request.

An ex parte is a temporary restraining order that does not grant the other party an ability to respond.

That statement reads: “Mr. Bauer had a brief and wholly consensual sexual relationship initiated by [the woman] beginning in April 2021.

Following each of her only two meetings with Mr. Bauer, [the woman] spent the night and left without incident, continuing to message Mr. Bauer with friendly and flirtatious banter.

“Mr. Bauer and [the woman] have not corresponded in over a month and have not seen each other in over six weeks.

Her basis for filing a protection order is nonexistent, fraudulent, and deliberately omits key facts, information, and her own relevant communications. »

Post-Covid California state budget with record spending on education heads to Gov. Newsom

Catholic church north of Edmonton destroyed in fire

EDMONTON -- A fire that destroyed a Catholic church north of Edmonton early Wednesday morning is being considered suspicious by police.

Despite help from neighbouring community fire departments, the Roman Catholic church on Morinville's main thoroughfare had been badly damaged.

Une spectatrice a fait chuter de nombreux coureurs lors de la première étape du Tour de France 2021 samedi 27 juin.

Le directeur adjoint du Tour, Pierre-Yves Thouault, avait alors annoncé que la direction du Tour portait plainte contre la responsable.

En revanche, la peine serait alourdie si le coureur allemand qui a abandonné décidait de porter plainte à son tour. »
