I'm kind of amazed how filled out he is at this height and how "normal" he is. I don't know what the right word is. Proportional? But you can see other 7'2"-ish people, like basket players, just look more stretched out, with thinner bones, regular person head size, etc. But he truly looks like someone just scaled up. Makes me wonder, are his organs scaled up too? It's kind of awesome to me that future humans can be 7ft tall+ and be, I assume, healthy and just plain normal (respectively).
