Some time ago i discovered that the casu marzu is actually illegal to produce and sell for the health risks it may pose, so the people that want it in sardinia either autoproduce or kind of contraband it.
There is a museum in Malmö Sweden where you can smell and taste most of the things in this list. It is a really interesting museum. It's call "The disgusting food museum"
