I’m not into competitive swimming so I had this question, isn’t Phelps 6’5? So that means that the Singaporean swimmer is wayyy shorter than Phelps. Does this affect how fast you swim or how early you can touch the pool end since your wingspan is larger?

I always wanted to be Michael Phelps. Never got the swimming part down but I'm halfway there with the amount of cones I punch daily.
Edit: to clarify with anyone not from Australia a cone is the "cone peice" of a bong. Generally attached with garden hose into a Powerade bottle
