I did something similar to ths in 9th grade. I have double jointed shoulders, and I had a sub that absolutely didn‘t care about her job at all. So naturally I talked my friend into ‘fighting‘ me, and twisting my arms around the where my shulder popped out of its socket so I could fall on it & proceed to scream bloody murder.
She almost threw up, I got 10 days of detention, it was a good time.
