So this was when we were all adults, like my cousin was at least in his mid-twenties. He was at the mall and got taken in by one of those kiosks selling “balance bracelets” and he got one for my grandpa. He didn’t really have any balance issues at the time, but he was approaching 80 and I guess my cousin was just concerned. Papa put it on and literally it never came off again. He died last year at 95 and when my cousin noticed it on his wrist, he cried.
