Clever, but I’d want way more background on this. Has he converted a space which was used dozens of times a day and created convenience for many into something practically no one ever uses? Or has he restored green space which lots of people wanted after Council paved paradise and put up a parking lot?
After scrolling through and reading a bunch of his tweets, this guy is trying to raise awareness for pedestrians and cyclists. He is paying for the spot through a parking permit. The idea here is to provide a more relaxing place to rest, a green (parking) space!
