The 2003 Lawrence v Texas decision was federal, making any state laws moot. Would be of interest to show states that still haven’t removed those state laws since that hearing.
I wonder when the last enforcement action was in each state. There are tons of laws on the books at the state level that haven't been enforced in years. And because they haven't been, and governments are lazy, no one takes them off the books.
Blasphemy is still illegal in Michigan, but there hasn't been an arrest or conviction in decades. So long it's actually hard to tell for sure.
