Details- taken over Oklahoma City, OK. The stamp says May ‘81. A brief search resulted in this being the Columbia on its way to Florida from a mission in April of that year.
I only did a quick search, so I MAY be wrong.
Edit- thanks for all the comments on this cool find! My step-mother is going through a bunch of her moms family slides. Her mom recently passed so it really got her excited that so many of you think it’s cool!

Random fun fact: the attachment points for the Shuttle in the support structures on top of the 747 had a label that read "Attach shuttle here".
And right below that, it read "Black side down".
I think that's a contender for the geekiest joke ever made.
