Dude at least he has headphones on, there's these "people" out there just using the phones speaker, or worse yet. Bluetoothed to an actual speaker, walkin down a footpath or ridin there bike around giving you the gift of their soundtrack.

One day I was using my phone to bluetooth music in my car. I got out and the phone kept playing at a really low volume. I walked around Quik Trip thinking they it was neat how they were playing Metallica and as I got back in my car I realised it was my phone.
